Recipe - Szechuan Tuna

4 6 oz. tuna steaks
MARINADE
1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns
(cracked)
One fourth cup Eden low sodium tamari
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Honey
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
SAUCE
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Honey
2 Szechuan peppercorns
finely ground
One half teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
or to taste
Mix ingredients for marinade, add tuna and let sit 30 minutes to a hour.
Grill over mediumhot coals, occasionally tossing peppercorns into the
fire. Blend ingredients for sauce and serve on the side.
