Recipe - Pecan Pie

1 pack (3oz) cream cheese
1 Stick butter
1 cup Flour
FILLING
Three fourths cup Dark brown sugar; packed
firm
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Melted butter
One half cup Finely chopped pecans
1 Egg
Mix cream cheese, 1 stick butter & flour until smooth & chill. Divide into
24 balls slightly smaller than walnuts. Put into muffin cups & press evenly
around sides & bottom. Filling: Mix all ingredients together well & put 1
teaspoon into each pastrylined cup. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
