Recipe - Mango Chutney Salsa

Ingredients:
Mango Chutney Salsa recipe makes 50 Servings
1 Mango, peeled and minced
1/8 cup Red pepper, minced
One fourth tablespoon Ginger, minced
1 ounce Honey, liquid
One half tablespoon Mint leaves, dry
NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish!
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce
heat to mediumlow and cook 5 minutes. Thats it!
