Recipe - Hot Stuffed Avocado

4 lg Avocados (peel and halve)
One fourth cup Lemon juice
1/16 teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Butter or Margarine
2 tablespoon Green onion (chopped)
One half teaspoon Celery salt
1/16 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth cup Flour
2 cup Light cream
2 cup Chicken (cooked & minced)
1 cup Sharp Cheddar (grated)
Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color. Put in large
baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. Melt butter; add
green onions, celery salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. blend in flour. Add
cream. Cook while stirring until thickened. Fold in chicken and One half cup
cheese. Bake avocados at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. remove to serving
plates. Ladle filling over avocados. top with remaining cheese.
