Recipe - Alichela (Anchovy Dip}

One fourth pound Anchovies
2 Red bell pepper; peeled and
seeded
2 Green bell pepper; peeled
and seeded
3 Cloves garlic; minced
One half cup Olive oil
One half cup Pitted black olives
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 pn Cayenne
1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Drain peppers
2. Add to the rest of the ingredients and process to a paste
NOTES : You may add mayo if you like If the dip is too thin add a little
breadcrumbs Can be made with sardines as well
